Information Fluency

Welcome

With the growing number of publications and knowledge base, it is important to develop skills to effectively, efficiently, and ethically find information to make informed decisions and practices. This ability to find and use information is the keystone to life-long learning. The Practice of Medicine (POM) curriculum adopts the concept of Information Fluency (IF) to help students develop a range of skills, including finding and evaluating resources, critical thinking, creating new knowledge,  and participating in the scholarly community. This guide is developed for the POM course to highlight useful resources for clinical practice and research.
